    comfortable room
    great service
    beautiful view
    noisy air conditioning
    bedding issues
    awkward layout

The room and bathroom were excellent, offering great comfort and a beautiful view. The hotel staff provided exceptional service, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, the air conditioning in the room was noisy, and there were issues with the bedding that impacted sleep quality. It's a good location for city exploration and ideal for short stays with families.

This place was just a proper fit for a short-term stay in London with value for money. The gin tasting experience was fantastic, hosted by a knowledgeable gentleman who made it memorable. Bring some snacks if you're planning to stay up late.

    great location with nice touches

The breakfast menu offered unique options, satisfying my taste. I appreciated the delightful surprise of sweets in the room, a thoughtful gesture for our special occasion.

The cozy double room felt a bit cramped for two guests.

    cozy bar

The afternoon tea was incredible, especially the surprise cake for my mum's birthday! The cozy bar was perfect after a day of exploring. Do not miss the living wall. it's unique! Plus, the location can't be beaten, just steps from major attractions.

Felt taken care of, nothing to complain about.

    maintenance issue
    sink problem
    limited breakfast

The classic double room offered a comfortable stay, but the sink's inability to hold water was a disappointing oversight. However, the decor throughout the hotel is tastefully done, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. The prime steaks served at dinner were remarkable, marking a highlight of the trip.

    room inconvenience

The location near Buckingham Palace was perfect, making sightseeing super easy. The Royal Double Room delivered a stunning view and felt spacious. Staff showed great attentiveness, always checking if we needed anything. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, especially the pancakes. the room could use a mini fridge. it was inconvenient to keep drinks cool. The layout of the bathroom made it a bit cramped, but it didn't overshadow the positives of our stay. a cozy and welcoming place with some minor issues that could be easily fixed.

    Great staff and breakfast vibes!

Spent a couple of nights here and loved the location near Buckingham Palace. The breakfast was insane—absolutely recommend the full English and the fruity pastries. Ana's themed shot for my mum's stay was such a sweet touch. Just wish the room felt a bit bigger and better organized. The furniture was kinda cramped for three adults.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the freshly made pancakes! our room was cozy and had a great view of the royal mews. the location is perfect, just a quick walk to buckingham palace. we appreciate the little extras like slippers and robes in the room.

wasn’t too happy that our room was a bit smaller than expected and the toilet took a long time to flush properly.
